Getting Started

Onboarding Process

A consultant makes contact via call or email. An email invite is sent for the teacher or teaching assistant to complete the registration form, read and sign documents, and upload their documents.

A video verification call is made with the Consultant and Compliance team. Someone from compliance then starts doing all the necessary checks in order to make the candidate fully compliant.

Whilst all the checks are being done, you will have calls from the consultants to introduce themselves and to get to know you. Once all the checks are complete, the candidate goes live and will be lined up with a suitable role.

What You Will Need:

  • Updated CV with relevant experience
  • Valid DBS certificate (or apply for one)
  • Proof of identity and right to work
  • Qualification certificates
  • Professional references
  • Updated contact information

Teachers

If you refer a teacher after they have worked 10 full days, you will receive a £250 voucher.

Teaching Assistants

For teaching assistants, receive a £100 voucher after 10 full days.

*They must state who referred them at point of call otherwise this will be void.
